Reunited and it feels so good!
As many of you know, we pivoted our business to takeaway this past spring and summer, working out of the Auberge du Pommier kitchen at Yonge and York Mills. To celebrate the reopening of our dining room, we took the opportunity to team up with our sister restaurant once again for an encore presentation.
In partnership with Toronto Life, we hosted TL insiders as they enjoyed an elegant and socially distanced collaborative dinner, prepared by chefs from both restaurants. From milk-fed piglet and foie terrine to Newfoundland lobster lasagna to Ontario veal with Saskatoon chanterelles, the four-course menu featured a balanced array of Canadian ingredients and French techniques.
