Celebrate Valentine’s Day at Canoe with an unforgettable dining experience designed for romance, indulgence, and sweeping city views.
Friday, February 13 invites two ways to celebrate. Join us for a refined midday date with lunch service from 11:30am–2pm, featuring a $95 prix fixe menu, alongside our full à la carte lunch offerings. It’s the perfect way to mark the occasion with flexibility and flair.
For an evening celebration, Canoe will offer an elevated dining experience on Friday, February 13 and Saturday, February 14, with dinner service beginning at 5pm. Treat your Valentine to Chef Roderick Tomiczek’s eight-course tasting menu, thoughtfully crafted using uniquely Canadian ingredients. Optional wine pairings are available to further enhance each course.
Enjoy Canoe’s signature service and artfully composed dishes, all set against our iconic skyline views for a truly memorable Valentine’s date. While every seat at Canoe offers a beautiful perspective, our premium window seating experience places you at select window tables.
And for a truly exclusive experience, reserve the Chef’s Rail Premium Amour Canoe Experience. Enjoy a coveted front-row seat at our open kitchen, where you’ll watch the action unfold as Chef Tomiczek presents an additional curated course. This enhanced experience also includes a glass of premium Champagne per guest. Please note: this experience is hosted at our chef’s rail with open kitchen views, rather than window seating. Limited seating available at 5pm and 8pm.
