In honour of Food Day Canada 2016, a celebration of Canadian producers, suppliers, farmers, home cooks and chefs alike, Canoe will be offering a three-course prix fixe menu from Tuesday, July 26 to Friday, July 29, featuring 100% Canadian ingredients.
