Into the wild

Our annual celebration of Canada’s rich culinary landscape is back for another year! Embrace the rugged theme by donning your finest plaid and coziest toque and join us as we honour uniquely Canadian ingredients with acclaimed guest chefs Jérémie Bastien, Solomon Mason, and Nick Liu.

Experience an evening of epicurean exploration as we feast on a bounty of wild game, fish, and our country’s homegrown harvest while contributing to a noble cause. Enjoy dinner in our 54th-floor dining room, or watch as chefs carefully prepare each course from the best seat in the house with our Exclusive Chef’s Rail Tickets.

Charity: Working to change what it means to live with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, an unrelenting and currently terminal disease, The ALS Society of Canada aims to address the urgent unmet need for life-changing treatments.

Please note: Due to the nature of this event, uninspected wild-caught fish and game will be featured, making vegetarian and vegan options unavailable. Our skilled chefs will strive to accommodate allergies and dietary constraints, however, certain courses may be modified or omitted altogether. All proceeds will be donated to The ALS Society of Canada.

Additional beverages will be available for purchase on-site.

Tickets are limited availability.
