For over 20 years, our team at Canoe has been striving to define Canadian cuisine. Now, in honour of Canada’s 150th year, we want to turn the question over to you: the country’s next generation of cooks, farmers, bakers, winemakers and restaurateurs. Collaborating with a team of 4 to 6, record and upload a video telling (or showing!) us what Canadian food means to you, and you could win a once-in-a-lifetime dining experience for up to six guests at Canoe’s iconic Chef’s Rail, where Chefs John Horne and Ron McKinlay will spoil you with the finest ingredients from coast to coast.

Any student above the age of 19 who is enrolled for the September 2017 year of a culinary or chef program, hospitality management program, wine, distiller and beer program, agriculture (including fish and seafood) program, cheesemakers program, butchers program, baker/patisserie program, or food and nutrition management program is eligible to apply.

We’ll be accepting submissions from September 5 – 30, 2017. Winners will be announced on October 10, 2017.
