One night. Thirty years. Celebrate our milestone anniversary high above the city with a five-course menu crafted by Canoe chefs past and present, paired with wines from Cave Spring and Burrowing Owl. Each chef will present their course alongside stories and memories from their time at our iconic restaurant, making this rare, limited-seating celebration a true tribute to three decades of culinary excellence and enduring legacy.
