Taste Calgary Dinner at Canoe with guest chef Justin Leboe

Join us for an exclusive five-course collaborative tasting menu from Justin Leboe (Chef/Owner, Model Milk and Pigeonhole), Ryan O’Flynn (Executive Chef, The Guild; Canadian Culinary Champion 2015), John Horne (Executive Chef, Canoe), Coulson Armstrong (Chef de Cuisine, Canoe) and Anthony Walsh (Corporate Executive Chef, Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants).

Each course will pay tribute to the rich ingredients and rugged landscape of Alberta, highlighting the region’s contributions to Canada’s culinary landscape.
