Taste the wild

Our annual celebration of Canada’s rich culinary landscape is back! Don your finest plaid and coziest toque and join us for a night celebrating uniquely Canadian ingredients, with an unforgettable menu complemented by wines from Domaine Le Clos Jordanne. This year’s feast features acclaimed guest chefs Afrim Pristine, the world’s youngest maître fromager and co-owner of Toronto institution Cheese Boutique and Junelle Casalan celebrated pastry chef and co-owner of Castle & Coal.

Experience an unforgettable evening of culinary exploration as we celebrate the best of Canada’s wild game, fish, pristine waters and homegrown harvest, while dining high above the city in our 54th-floor dining room.

Date: Saturday, November 21, from 5pm
Location: Canoe Restaurant & Bar (66 Wellington St. W, TD Bank Tower, 54th Floor)
Tickets: $325 per person (includes multi-course menu & select beverages). Excludes tax & gratuity.

Featured chefs:
Afrim Pristine (Cheese Boutique, Toronto, ON)
Junelle Casalan (Castle & Coal, Toronto, ON)
Roderick Tomiczek (Chef de Cuisine, Canoe)

Charity: This year, we’re proud to donate proceeds to St. Joseph’s Health Centre Foundation, which raises funds to support exceptional care at St. Joseph’s Health Centre in Toronto. Through donor support, the Foundation helps fund vital hospital programs, services, equipment and patient care initiatives that make a difference for patients and their families.

Please note: Due to the nature of this event, uninspected wild-caught fish and game will be featured, making vegetarian and vegan options unavailable. Our skilled chefs will strive to accommodate allergies and dietary constraints; however, certain courses may be modified or omitted altogether.

Additional beverages will be available for purchase on-site.
