On Saturday, November 18, a diverse group of chefs, sommeliers, food enthusiasts and hospitality titans gathered at Canoe for our annual celebration of Canada’s rich culinary landscape. With the help of acclaimed guest chefs Jérémie Bastien, Solomon Mason, and Nick Liu, diners feasted on an array of uniquely Canadian ingredients, honouring our country’s home-grown harvest.

An authentic meeting of culinary minds, the menu featured a mouthwatering selection of wild-caught Canadian game and fish. Dishes including Montreal smoked duck necksmoked and steamed pickerel, squab and uni, and curry bear pie captivated guests with every bite, resulting in an evening of lively discussions and camaraderie that left us brimming with joy and gratitude.

This year, the evening’s proceeds were donated to The ALS Society of Canada which works to empower Canadians affected by ALS to navigate the realities of the disease and advocate for equitable, affordable, and timely access to proven therapies.

We’d like to extend a big thank you to all those who joined us.

  • Nick Liu (Chef-Owner, Dailo)

  • Raffaele Stea (Executive Pastry Chef, Canoe)
